Sauces, dressings and condiments, are normally sold shelf-stable. To preserve these products, the manufacturer maintains a low pH that prevents the growth of common spoilage microorganisms and pathogens. However, spoilage organisms, such as bacteria (e.g. Lactobacillus spp.), fungi (e.g. Mucor spp.  and Saccharomyces spp.) are naturally abundant.  How to offer long shelf life, free of chemical preservatives that is an important challenge to many manufacturers. Antimix™ EV is an idea solution to fulfil this demand.

Antimix™ EV is label-friendly antimicrobial blend formulated by ε-Polylysine and fermented sugar, and has demonstrated a high efficacy against a board-spectrum bacteria in Sauces, dressings and condiments.

Packaging

Antimix EV is available in 500g/bottle with integral, tamper-proof seals. Plastic bottle materials comply with Regulation (EU) No 10/2011.

Storage conditions

24 months stored unopened below 20 C, in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and odorous products. When opened, store at approx. 20°C in original container.

GMO-status

According to regulations (EC) no. 1829/2003. Microorganisms used to produce this product are not genetically modified.
