White NisinA® achieved consumer acceptance for a new process by fermenting the sauerkraut bacteria of Lactococcus lactis and physically removing impurities. This innovation has entered the 2010 IFT innovation award and 2013 FiE Excellence Award Finalist.

 

White NisinA®  is clear nisin concentrate for increasing the safety and shelf life of beverage. With enhanced cluster activities of Nisin and significantly stronger diffusion rate, White NisinA® is far more effective than conventional nisin against microbial spoilage and pathogens in a wide range of drinks.
