Consumers want meat items to be authentic, tasty and fresh, and are turning away from those containing unfamiliar or chemical additives. Vinegar is label friendly ingredient and a well-known inhibitor of microbes and pathogens.

Proteria® DV distilled vinegar is natural ferment produced by corn or cane sugar with specifically selected food cultures. It is a label friendly ingredient that increases food safe and shelf life by suppressing a wide range of spoilage bacteria and pathogens (incl. listeria) in natural meat and culinary products.

Description

Proteria® DV is the powder form of white distilled vinegar that is produced by fermentation using specifically selected food cultures. The product has a mild vinegar taste and is designed to inhibit the microbial spoilage and pathogens in natural meat and poultry products.

Storage conditions

24 months, store unopened below 20°C in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and odorous products.
