Surface coatings and films can provide an alternative for extending the postharvest life of fresh fruits and vegetables. Application of natamycin coating can fungal decay severity and weight loss during storage. However, conventional Natamycin, in the form of dense crystal, cannot cover the food surface for exerting antifungal activities.
Natasan™ is a perfect Natamycin coating by increasing the natamycin crystal linked through mushroom chitosan to form transparent, ultra-thin mesh coating suitable for the treatment of fungal rot on the surface of fruits and vegetables.

STORAGE CONDITIONS |

Conditions: 24 months, store unopened below 20°C in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and odorous products. When opened, store at approx. 20°C in original container. Shelf life: Shelf life is 24 months when stored according to recommendations. |
