Befresh™ LL Lactobacillus lactis is added together with the starter culture to prevent late blowing and off-flavors caused by Clostridia present in the cheese.

The recommended dosage is range of 30g/1,000L VAT milk

DIRECTION OF USE

Take out the bacteria from the refrigerator before use, room temperature for 15minutes, open the package, dissolve the powder in 1000ml pasteurized milk, then pour into the fermentation tank. Keep the incubation temperature 30~39°C, optimized fermentation temperature at 37°C.

PROTERTIES

Befresh™ LL with very slow and low acidification forming lactic acid, acetic acid and propionic acid.
