Proteria® AL is a neutralized white distilled vinegar concentrate, produced by fermentation using specifically selected food cultures. It helps to eliminate Total Plate Count (TPC), maintains color uniformity and reduces grey discoloration during shelf life of vacuum packed fresh pork and poultry meat.
