Proteria® AL is a neutralized white distilled vinegar concentrate, produced by fermentation using specifically selected food cultures. It helps to eliminate Total Plate Count (TPC) and maintains color uniformity and reduces grey discoloration during shelf life of vacuum packed fresh pork and poultry meat.

Storage unopened below 20°C in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight. When opened, store at approx. 20°C in original container.

 

Shelf life:
