Beer
Off-tastes and odors are produced mostly by wild yeasts (e.g. Sacc. cerevisiae and Sacc. pastorianus), lactic acid bacteria (e.g. Lactobacillus and Pediococcus) and by oxidation. Also, strictly anaerobic Gram-negative bacteria including Pectinatus cerevisiiphilusis and Megashaera spp. are becoming more and more important as beer spoilers. 
 
Addition of Planteria® CF is effective against yeasts and LAB in beer, while Guardox™ BL can be used as an antioxidant.
