Cottage cheese, cream cheese, process of blended cheese
Under typical refrigeration conditions (4–7 °C), unopened fresh cream cheese only lasts for approximately 3 weeks unless preservatives are added. The spoilage of these cheese during storage is primarily due to the growth of Gramnegative psychrotrophic bacteria, yeasts and molds. To extend its shelflife, along with a strict sanitation practice throughout the manufacturing process, an appropriate preservation approach is generally applied.
 

Natap® helps to control yeast and molds. While Epolyly® can significantly inhibit Total plate count (TPC) for extending the shelf-life of Cottage cheese, cream cheese, process of blended cheese.
