Handary specializes in food shelf-life solutions. We provide the food industry with natural preservatives to extend the shelf-life of the food products.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Tasks & Responsabilities:

1.      Sales Strategy and Planning:

o   Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

o   Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

o   Set sales targets and create action plans for the sales team to achieve those targets.

2.      Team Management:

o   Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

o   Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the sales team to ensure productivity and morale.

o   Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

3.      Customer Relationship Management:

o   Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

o   Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

o   Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

4.      Sales Operations:

o   Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure efficient processes.

o   Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and KPIs.

o   Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

5.      Business Development:

o   Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

o   Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and prospects.

o   Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

6.      Budget Management:

o   Develop and manage the sales department budget.

o   Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.

o   Monitor expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place.


·        Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in Food Industry.

·        Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

·        Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

·        Strong organizational and time management skills.
