Tasks & Responsabilities:

Correctly prepare samples for dispatch.
Perform precise measurements and ensure compliance with standard procedures.
Verify lot numbers and related documentation to ensure accuracy.
Maintain records of sample details for traceability.
Print and apply labels following established guidelines.
Organize and package samples for internal and external distribution.
Assist with Adobe-based tasks such as editing labels or forms.
Help with maintaining inventory and replenishing supplies for sample preparation.
Work closely with the other departments.
Proactively identify and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

Requirements:

Current enrollment in a BSc degree program, preferably related to biology, chemistry, food science, or a similar field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Adobe software and basic IT tools.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
A proactive attitude and willingness to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
Fluency in English.
