Additionally, we offer shelf-life testing services to accurately determine the appropriate date marking for food products.
· Conducting Shelf-Life Testing:
o Perform chemical, physical, sensory, and microbiological tests according to the shelf-life protocol, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
· Equipment Coordination:
o Coordinate the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
· Laboratory Maintenance:
o Maintain laboratory facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene to ensure the safety and quality of test samples.
· Documentation:
o Prepare scientific-technical reports, protocols, PDSs, and other technical and regulatory documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
· Case Challenge Studies:
o Conduct case challenge studies efficiently to evaluate the effectiveness of our natural shelf-life solutions.
· Technical Support:
o Provide technical support to Sales & Marketing to assist with customer inquiries and develop effective solutions.
· Customer Support:
o Support and/or lead investigations/queries from our customers worldwide to identify and address any product quality issues.
· Master's degree in Food Science or Food Technology.
· 1/2 year of experience in R&D, preferably in food preservative product development.
· Good knowledge of working tools such as MS Office.
· Strong biological science background, preferably in shelf-life tests, predictive microbiology, microbial analysis of food, development of in vitro modelling systems for bacteria, and anaerobic microbial cultivation.
· Interest in working with natural ingredients, clean label solutions, and innovation.
· Fluent in English.

· Self-starter with good organizational and leadership skills.
