o Conduct sensory, microbiological, chemical, and physical analyses to determine product stability.
o Monitor and document changes in product quality over time under various storage conditions.
2. Data Collection and Analysis:
o Collect, record, and analyze data from shelf-life studies using statistical tools and software such as MS Office, Minitab, Combase, and Sym’Previus.
o Interpret results and generate reports detailing findings, trends, and recommendations.
o Maintain accurate and organized records of all testing activities.
3. Product Quality Assurance:
o Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality standards are met.
o Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to product shelf-life and stability.
o Recommend formulation or process adjustments based on shelf-life data.
4. Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure all testing procedures comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
o Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in shelf-life testing methodologies, and regulatory changes.
o Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing procedures and quality assurance processes.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in R&D, preferably in food preservative product development.
· Good knowledge of working tools such as MS Office, Minitab, Combase, and Sym’Previus.
· Strong biological science background, preferably in shelf-life tests, predictive microbiology, microbial analysis of food, development of in vitro modelling systems for bacteria, and anaerobic microbial cultivation.
· Interest in working with natural ingredients, clean label solutions, and innovation.
· Fluent in English.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
