Mushria™ Awarded The Prize at ISNFF in Turkey (Oct 5, 2022)
Mushria™ project won the 3rd place prize at 14th International Conference and Exhibition on Nutraceuticals and Functional Foods at Istanbul, Turkey
Congratulation to Ms. Tugba Kabasakal for his outstanding endeavor in the development of Mushria™ project, supervised under of Ms. Ruchi Shah, and carried out in collaboration with the Technical University of Gebze. The novel food antimicrobial derived from supernatant of edible gelatinous mushroom fermentation broth, which exhibits a strong antimicrobial activity against Gram-positive bacteria, yeast and molds in culinary and drinks.
