PhosRice™ impressed the jury for its ability to replace traditional phosphates with a 100% plant-derived, upcycled, functional alternative. Created from underutilized rice by-products, PhosRice™ delivers high water-holding, improved texture, and clean-label performance — enabling “No Added Phosphate” claims without compromising quality.
Hékôn™, the world’s first heavy-ion engineered microperforated membrane for fresh produce, was recognized for redefining active packaging. By naturally balancing O2 and CO2 and reducing moisture-related spoilage, Hékôn™ extends freshness while remaining fully recyclable and additive-free.
