BANANA
Crown rot disease in bananas is caused by Colletotrichum musae, Fusarium spp. and Lasiodiplodia theobromae, and occurs after cutting the banana hand from the main stem. The disease results in extensive postharvest losses.
Banana dipping with Koatilm™ which significantly decreases the disease severity and helps maintain good fruit quality during 25 days of storage in low temperatures and during 8 days at room temperature.
