With the consumer trend toward natural products still going strong, food manufacturers have focused their efforts in searching for ingredient label that are known and trusted by consumers. ε-Poly-L-lysine HCL has been accepted as food preservative of natural origin.

Epolyly® HCL is pure ε-Poly-L-lysine Hydrogen chloride concentrate, derived naturally from controlled fermentation of Streptomyces diastatochromogenes. Epolyly® HCL is an ideal natural broad-spectrum antimicrobial for extending shelf life of a variety of foods.

DESCRIPTION

Epolyly® HCL is pure ε-Poly-L-lysine Hydrogen chloride concentrate, derived naturally from controlled fermentation of Streptomyces diastatochromogenes. And is mainly used to inhibit Total Plate Count (TPC) to extend the shelf life of a variety of foods.

DIRECTION FOR USE

In general, to deploy Epolyly® HCL dipping solution with cold boiled water or distilled water, then direction to add into foods depending on exact application.

Epolyly® HCL is available in 500 gr/bottle or 50 g/pouch with integral, tamper-proof seals. Packaging is available in other quantities.

 

Plastic bottle and pouch materials comply with Regulation (EU) No 10/2011.

 

STORAGE CONDITIONS

Conditions:

24 months, store unopened below 20°C in dry conditions, away from direct sunlight and odorous products. When opened, store at approx. 20°C in original container.

 

Shelf life:

Shelf life is 24 months when stored according to recommendations.
