DESCRIPTION
Epolyly® HCL is pure ε-Polylysine HCL concentrate, derived naturally from a controlled fermentation of Streptomyces diastatochromogenes. Epolyly® HCL is an ideal natural broad-spectrum antimicrobial for extending the shelf life of a variety of foods and beverages.

REGULATIONS
The regulations governing the use of Epolyly® HCL vary considerably in the countries in which it is currently approved such as China. It is recommended to use it after ensuring compliance with your local regulations.

SURIMI
150 mg/Kg of Epolyly® HCL was added in Surimi and It was effective to reduce Total Plate Count and extended the shelf life to 6 days, stored at 5°C.
