REGULATIONS
Guardox™ AE is standardized with native ascorbic acid. It is recommended to use it after ensuring compliance with your local regulations. 
FRESH GROUND MEAT
100mg/kg Guardox™ AE can keep pinkish red color (myoglobin) by effectively delaying the oxidation of the iron ion in the myoglobin molecule of fresh red meat.
