Shelfex™ VK is a compound of distilled vinegar and natural flavorings designed for use in baked goods with a pH below 5.3. It helps inhibit mold growth and maintain flavor stability.

REGULATIONS
The vinegar content in Shelfex™ VK is GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) according to the U.S. FDA under 21 CFR §184.1005. It can be used as an acidulant, flavor enhancer, and preservative in food.
