DESCRIPTION
NisinA® P is an ultrapure Nisin A concentrate produced by fermentation using the bacterium Lactococcus lactis obtained from sauerkraut, which has been well-known for its use as an active healthcare ingredient against pathogens and biofilm.

REGULATIONS
Nisin is approved as food antimicrobial worldwide, for examples, Nisin CAS#: 1414-45-5 (US FDA), E#: E234 (EU EFSA), INECS/ELINCS #: 215-807-5. It is recommended to use it after ensuring compliance with your local regulations.
